It's absolutely ridiculous that these girls are suppose to HONESTLY never pick up a tequila shot ever again. Britney Spears and Nicole Richie [who is NOT in a rehab facility] are grown motherfuckin women. If they wanna tilt their head back with their skirts up, turn your camera's off. Lindsay Lohan isn't even the legal drinking age and she's already been to rehab. I'm sure Lindsay's going to VEGAS for her 21st Birthday just to see the lights.
